REFUNDS
This section only applies to items purchased from The Golden Ruby shop.
Refunds will be done if the order has not been shipped yet.
If the item is made to order, we will accept a to make a refund if a maximum of 2 days passed after the order has been paid.

We will give a refund if the item is sent back in its original condition and it’s original packaging. If the jewelry or art has been scratched or damaged, it will not be accepted.

If you have received the wrong item please contact us at anais@thegoldenruby.com, we will send you instructions to send the wrong item back to the shop. We will also send back the right product when we have a confirmation that the wrong order has been sent back.

RING SIZE
We understand that finding the perfect size can be hard. Contact us at anais@thegoldenruby.com.

If the wrong sized ring is sent back in its original condition and it’s original packaging. If the ring has been scratched or damaged, it will not be accepted, and we will not give you a refund.

CUSTOM ORDERS
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on finished custom items. Sales are final.

DEPOSITS – Custom Orders
To begin your project a non-refundable deposit is required.
We will ask for the balance and the shipping to be paid, then we will ship the order
Non-refundable deposits on custom jewelry orders may be transferred to a store credit within 3 business days of placing your order.

SIZING
We want your jewelry to fit perfectly! The first resizing on new ring purchases is complimentary. Once sized, a ring is considered a final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. If you need to size it once again, supplementary costs will apply.

REPAIRS & MODIFICATIONS
We stand behind our manufacturing 100%. If there is any problem with your piece, that is not caused by neglect, misuse, or damage, The Golden Ruby will perform repairs free of charge. In the event a piece of The Golden Ruby’s jewelry is sized, repaired, or modified elsewhere, The Golden Ruby will no longer be able to guarantee the structural integrity of the piece, nor accept returns or exchanges.
